If you find a factual mistake on any page — a wrong app version, a stale bonus amount, a payment method that is no longer offered, an outdated licensing claim, or a dead outbound link — write to the editorial inbox with the URL and a short description. We review every message. Confirmed corrections are published with a visible note at the bottom of the affected page explaining what was changed and when. Minor typos and formatting fixes are made silently; anything that could change a reader's decision gets a dated note. If a correction is substantial enough that it would mislead someone who read the previous version, we also note it at the top of the page for 14 days.
Three principles guide every page on this site:
1. Transparency. We say when a page is editorial opinion and when it is a factual summary. We never pretend our picks are objective rankings. Any page that includes affiliate links discloses that fact at the bottom; any page that does not is purely editorial.
2. Verifiability. Numbers (bonus amounts, app sizes, withdrawal limits, licensing details) come from the operator's own pages, from regulators, or from independent testing bodies. If we cannot verify a figure, we leave it out — ballpark estimates are worse than no number at all.
3. Reader first. We refuse content changes requested by operators that would mislead the reader, even if a commercial relationship exists. In practice this means a remove request from an operator about a factual criticism gets a no; a correction request with evidence gets handled under the Corrections section above.
Facts we fact-check before publishing: bonus amounts and wagering requirements, minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds, supported payment methods and their realistic processing windows, app technical requirements (supported OS versions, package size, requested permissions), licensing information, and country availability. We re-check promotional pages at least every quarter and after any major app update, operator relaunch, or regulatory change. Where a fact is time-sensitive (an active promo window, a bonus code), we timestamp it. Where a fact comes from a secondary source (another publication, a user forum), we flag it as such and treat it as a lead rather than a confirmed detail.
If a page contains something you consider misleading, defamatory, or unlawful under Australian law, write to editor@lucky-hour.com with the URL and the specific passage. We acknowledge every complaint within 3 business days. If the issue is a factual error, we correct it as described above. If it is a legal dispute, we follow the Dispute Resolution page.
